Outstanding Services, but confusing vacation clubs system

Visit there with my family's Marriot Vacation Club membership in March. One thing that we were still confused about after staying was we did have 3 rooms, but only entitled 2 breakfasts... I was told only the owner of the club's members can entitle breakfast... Please let me know if the room with no breakfast deducts a lesser point. or the Same point is deducted, else this doesn't make sense to me. Bell the front desk is amazing with a sweet smile. The concierge team was gold !! Their services are beyond my imagination !! Very Amazing !! Outstanding services among 5-star hotels in Bangkok. My Room is on the 3rd floor, and the HouseKeeping is really lovely, she kept my room clean every day <3 Over a good stay

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard, it is situated downtown Bangkok, about 8 minutes walk from Chit Lom Station/Ratchadamri Station/The Famous Erawan Shrine, 15 minutes walk from Big C Ratchadamri/CentralWorld. My partner and I are chubby travellers and we even walked from Platinum Mall back to the Hotel as they are connected via R Walk. It took less than 30 minutes. What I appreciate about the location is that it is near to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle of it. There is also a tuk tuk service provided by the Hotel using its own tuk tuk, which is very much appreciated as well. The Hotel is very well managed and the team is very well trained, service oriented, from security, housekeeping, kitchen to the front office. You feel welcomed the moment you stepped in. Special mention to the Guest Service Manager, Prichii. The room is always cleaned in tip top shape which we also appreciate after coming back from a long day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families

Once ogain I'm back at one of my favorite Hotels in Asia, super good breakfast, good food, clean and nice rooms. The hotel is on a small street so it is quite for being Bangkok. The hotel is also close to shopping malls and good restaurants. Big thanks to the staff Ben, Oil, Piichy for helping me with an early check in.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. A great arrival after a long flight from Europe. Really enjoyed having the gym and the pool with an outside area. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with a view (stayed on the 14th floor). The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the nice and clean area around the hotel with lots of green areas and parks, little green oasis in the big urban jungle of Bangkok. I'll definitely stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok for some days. Piichy is very promising young professional ! Willing to talk and chit chat with also walked us to the elevator! . Highly recommended. Thankyou!

Week trip that include business and leisure. Stay for few times, strategic location, with shuttle to bts and kind staff. Such as Oil, Minnie, Ning who provided good check out handling and arrangement. Nearby Diora massage also good. Highly recommended
